These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Auronix website, AI voice agent platform, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.

Account and Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and promptly update it as needed.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services for unlawful purposes, to violate telecommunications regulations (including TCPA and DNC requirements), to transmit harmful content, to interfere with platform operations, or to reverse engineer our systems except as permitted by law.

Compliance Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for obtaining required consents for outbound communications, maintaining do-not-call compliance, and ensuring your use of AI voice agents complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and industry regulations.

Payment and Billing

Paid Services are billed according to the pricing plan you select. Usage-based fees are calculated per the published rate schedule. You authorize us to charge applicable fees to your payment method on file.

Intellectual Property

Auronix retains all rights in the Services, software, documentation, and branding. You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auronix shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or for any reason with notice. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting penelope@auronix.guru.
